Windgap Group homes

  • We specialise in building Supported Independent Living group homes, delivering safe, accessible, and comfortable spaces designed to support residents’ independence and wellbeing.

  • Project Scope

    Glenstone was engaged to complete the demolition and construction of a 5 bedroom NDIS Group home in Chifley, with works including external finishes, landscaping and the driveway.

    Glenstone simultaneously is working with Windgap to complete the conversion and extension of an existing dwelling and garage into a new 5 bedroom NDIS group home in Rosebery.

    Both these projects are being carried out in accordance toSDA robust certification requirements.
